Our Free Ringtones are assembled out of audio clips from three general sources, 1) Items of our own making, 2) Items in public domain, and 3) Copyrighted items. Of the latter, items are chosen carefully and are generally more than 30 years since creation, and of a short length in keeping with Fair Use guidelines as they pertain to excerpts for purposes of illustration or use in a parody. That said, if any legal copyright holder would like his/her material removed from this site we will happily do so on request. Find our email through the Profile link. |
